ORDERS & RETURNS
There are no returns on custom orders. Upon placing an order for custom items you will be allowed two edits of the selected design. Any changes beyond the allotted edits will incur additional design fees. Please ensure that you thoroughly review your order for correct spelling, placement and color selection because once production is complete the design cannot be altered.
All custom orders under $200.00 must be paid in full before production begins no exceptions. Orders over $200 will require a deposit of 50% before production begins. Due to the nature of our business 7-10 business days is the standard turn around time. If you require you order completed before our standard turn around a rush fee may be incurred.
Depending on the nature of custom design you select your order may incur a design fee.
CANCELLATION
Please note order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order being placed. Any cancellation requested after 24 hours is subject to denial on certain items or a 15% restock fee. To cancel your order please email finishingtouchinfo1@gmail.com
SHIPPING
We understand that shipments may incur damage during the handling/delivery process and The Finishing Touch CW is committed to ensuring you have an enjoyable shopping experience. If you receive a defective and/or damaged item, please email us at finishingtouchinfo1@gmail.com with photos of the damage immediately.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim.
